Managing Director & Senior DSAT Training and Development Consultant

Glyn is a highly qualified Senior DSAT Training and Development Consultant, specialising in Training Needs Analysis, Validation, Design, Assessment in Training, and Training and Development consultancy. 

Thanks to over 33 years of working for the MOD and supporting industry partners, Glyn acquired vast Defence experience and expertise from his 22 years of military service, working across Europe, the Middle East, and North America, as well as 11 years as a civil servant, during which he provided DSAT products, internal training, coaching, and mentoring for Training Development practitioners. 

Glyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership and Management from City and Guilds.

Head of Training and Development

Hayley is a talented DSAT practitioner with a background and formal qualifications in Education.

Since joining the team in 2020, Hayley has cultivated an in-depth understanding of Training Analysis, Course Design, and Workforce Development, channeling her passion for creativity and innovative thinking.

Before entering the world of Workforce Development, Hayley spent 5 years teaching within mainstream and Special Education Needs schools.

Hayley holds a BA Honours in Education with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from the University of Brighton, and a Level 2 Certificate in Mental Health Awareness.

Training and Development Consultant

Paul has over 10 years of experience working for the UK’s leading countermeasure manufacturing company, managing the professional development of diverse teams, leading projects, and ensuring safe practices in hazardous working environments.

Paul joined Precision Training Analysis and Design in 2021, and has since gone on to work with a range of clientele to ensure TNA outputs and Course Design elements are delivered to a high standard and meet the ever-evolving needs of Defence.

Paul holds a diverse range of qualifications, including IOSH Managing Safely, AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting (QCF), AAT Level 2 QCF Certificate for Accounting Technicians, Cranfield Explosives Awareness, Level 2 Certificate in Mental Health Awareness, and Exelin Leadership Development Programme (INC Yellow Belt Safety Project).

Company Director & Human Resources Manager

Suzanne started her career by working for the Ministry of Defence (Navy) in Devonport Naval Base, providing administrative support to the Port Admiral/ Naval Base Commander.

After relocating to Dorset with her family, Suzanne worked with Special Needs Children in a mainstream school for 8 years, planning and delivering educational support.

Before joining Precision Training Analysis and Design, Suzanne spent 13 years working as an Office Manager for a large wholesale company within the private sector, managing a sales and customer services team. Her role involved all aspects of the business, including product selection, sales, and customer care.

  Training and Development Associate Consultant

Sara is a highly experienced Senior DSAT Training and Development Consultant with a depth and breadth of experience across Training Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery, and Assurance stages in range of contexts, along with design and delivery of Mathematics both in secondary school classrooms and online.

With excellent analytical, organisational, planning, communication, and influencing skills, and a reputation for thinking “outside of the box” and inspiring others to do the same, Sara is a decisive, determined, and disciplined problem solver. She works with a high degree of attention to detail and troubleshooting ability, while also displaying vision and creativity.

Training and Education Administrator 

Ginna is a Training and Education Administrator who boasts a wealth of experience in project coordination for NGOs in South America.

Ginna holds a university degree in Social Work from the University of UNIMINUTO, Bogotá. She later specialised in Family Education and Orientation at the University of Unimonserrate, Bogotá.

Before working with Precision Training Analysis and Design, Ginna worked for Plan International, one of the prominent NGOs operating in Latin America, as the coordinator for humanitarian action projects on a national level. 

Ginna has over 12 years of experience working for a diverse range of NGOs and social development organisations in her home country, Colombia.

Training and Development Consultant

Tom is a Training and Development Consultant with vast experience in Business, Media, and Education. 

After 7 years working at one of the UK's most successful independent record labels, Tom left the music industry with a proven track record in project management, international events management, royalty account management, physical distribution, and multi-media broadcast production.

Before joining Precision Training Analysis and Design, Tom gained 4 years of experience as an ESL teacher, working at private schools and language academies.

Tom holds a 1st Class BA Honours in New Media Journalism and Radio Broadcasting from the University of West London and a TEFL Teaching Certificate. Tom speaks advanced Spanish as well as basic Italian.
